Originally from the US, Alison moved to London over 20 years ago to study at the Royal Academy of Music. Having trained classically and then in musical theatre, she has performed throughout the UK and beyond as a crossover artist.
As a teacher, she has over 15 years' experience working with a variety of students, amateur to professional, school age upwards. She is currently Professor of Singing at the Royal Academy of Music and on the staff at London Studio Centre, as well as maintaining a busy private practice.
Alison is proud to be an Estill Master Trainer and uses her in depth physiological knowledge of how the voice works alongside her musical training and performance experience to engage, motivate and enable her students.
